• Natural lighting and ventilation planning

• Staircase and movement planning

Pricing Method

The final fee is calculated based on:

• Total built-up area (square feet)

• Number of floors

• Architectural complexity

• Custom design requirements

• Number of design revisions

For example:

• 1500 sq.ft house → ₹45,000 – ₹90,000
